Easy Returns

We hope that you love your order but if you need to return it for any reason we've tried to make it as easy as possible.

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
  • Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
  • If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
  • Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.
  • If you require an exchange, please return the original items to us, and place a new order for the required items. We will send out your new order as soon as possible and refund the original order once it has been received back.
  • If you have received a faulty item or have an issue with your order, please email us at info@kite-clothing.co.uk.

In the UK you can use our tracked returns service via Royal Mail. Please note, we deduct a £2.50 administration fee for each parcel received when we process your refund.

To return your items to us using our tracked returns service, you need to:

  1. Re-pack the items that you want to return (we suggest using the bag we sent the items in). Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact.
  2. Complete the returns information on your delivery note indicating the number of items being returned and the reason code, and then enclose with the parcel.
  3. Please visit www.kite-clothing.co.uk/returns-label to generate your returns label or arrange a free of charge collection (your postman will bring your printed label).
  4. You will be asked to confirm the size and dimensions of your return, as well as provide your order information and details of the return.
  5. You can either print your returns label yourself or go to the Post Office where it can be printed for you, or arrange a collection.
  6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
  7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
  8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:

  3. Return the package to us at the following address, make sure you get a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
